To support our growing team and the increasing complexity of our operations, we’re looking for an on-site, experienced and autonomous HR Generalist to join our People & Culture team.
What you’ll do:
You’ll play a key role by:
- Owning the Swiss payroll process in-house and liaising with our external German and Italian payroll providers.
- Preparing key HR documents and overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including agreements, amendments, confirmations, and terminations.
- Maintaining accurate employee records in our HR information system.
- Taking care of benefits, insurance, and leave administration by coordination with our brokers.
- Managing the office: overseeing employee access management, ordering of kitchen and office supplies and maintaining a positive and welcoming office environment.
What you’ll bring:
Required:
- 5+ years of HR experience, including full end-to-end payroll processes for Switzerland.
- Federal HR diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills. (C1)
- Hands-on experience with HR systems and MS Office tools.
- Deep understanding of Swiss labour law and social insurances.
- Proactive and reliable mindset, with a service-oriented attitude and team spirit.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with Swiss HR software (e.g. BambooHR or Abacus).
- Experience working in a FINMA regulated company.
